Solano Youth Theatre is an award-winning division of Solano College’s highly respected conservatory theatre program. SYT’s goal is to provide quality arts education and theatrical training to young people grades K-12 who are college bound. Surrounded by some of the most gifted professional theatre artists in the Bay Area, students participate in rehearsals modeled from those in the industry. The process culminates in a fully-produced stage presentation of a major musical or stage play at semester’s end. Solano Youth Theatre’s four show season annually serves over 600 students at three different site locations: Vacaville, Suisun City and Vallejo.
